10% processing fee
15-29 days before departure
25% cancellation charge
7-14 days before departure
50% cancellation charge

How to Cancel a Booking
- Log in to your HammondJim account and navigate to “My Bookings”
- Select the booking you wish to cancel
- Click “Request Cancellation” and provide a reason
- You will receive a confirmation email with refund details
- Alternatively, email us at info@hammondjim.com with your booking ID

Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after cancellation approval

Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for booking
Non-Refundable Bookings
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Special promotional packages marked as “Non-Refundable”
- Last-minute bookings (within 48 hours of departure)
- Flight tickets (airline policies apply)
- Visa processing fees
- Travel insurance premiums (after policy issuance)
Modifications to Bookings
If you wish to modify your booking instead of cancelling:
- Date changes may be possible subject to availability and fare difference
- Name corrections are free if requested within 24 hours of booking
- Destination changes may be treated as cancellation and rebooking
- Contact us at least 15 days before travel for best modification options
Cancellation by HammondJim
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or modify your booking due to:
- Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions
- Civil unrest or safety concerns
- Government travel advisories or restrictions
- Minimum group size not met (for group tours)
- Service provider cancellations
In such cases, we will offer you a full refund or alternative travel options at no extra cost.
Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure events (pandemics, wars, natural disasters, etc.), cancellation terms may be adjusted on a case-by-case basis. We will work with you to find the best solution, which may include travel credits, date changes, or modified refund terms.
Important Note
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking. A comprehensive policy can protect you against unforeseen cancellations due to medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other covered reasons.
